Our new peat moss factory is located in the Zhangqiu District of Jinan city China operated by Shandong Woan-Etepek Eco Agriculture  Co.,LTD

Established in 2023, this factory plays an important role in providing high-quality products for the agricultural industry.

Factory in China helps our company to grow and achieve new goals in agriculture industry. It gives us such important advantages as:

  • Optimize the supply capacity according to available stock in factory,
  • Location allows to shorten supply chain,
  • Produce substrate in China to supply more different products to local clients,
  • To be in overall more flexible and efficient in providing a peat moss products to China market.

This factory strengthens our ability to meet the growing demand for high-quality substrates, ensuring timely delivery and tailored solutions for our clients.

Our production line features a digital control system that allows precise measurement of volume in each feeding tank.

This advanced system can store over 50 different formulations, ensuring flexibility and consistency in our production process.

The factory has a production capacity of around 150 cubic meters per hour and employs over ten skilled workers.

Each month, our team participates in training programs to ensure they are well-prepared to operate the facility effectively.

We respond to the demands of plants by adhering to industry standards and conducting thorough research.

Our focus is on producing substrates tailored to meet the specific requirements of various plants.

More about WOAN-ETEPEK

We provide formulation products based on our research and experience.

We also have power to produce substrate based on clients’ formulations.

Our factory in China is designed with a production capacity of 300,000 m³ per year. However, the current actual production capacity is 100,000 m³ per year, limited by materials preparation and packaging systems.

The entire production process is controlled by a digital system, which can store and manage up to 50 different formulations.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, the eco-friendly system consumes 60 kW of energy during full production, optimizing efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.
