The new facility, located in the Huangdao district of Qingdao City, China, is a strategically important project. With a production capacity of approximately 100,000 m³ annually, this modern plant offers the ability to customize substrates to meet local clients’ needs. Additionally, this location ensures:

• Shorter delivery times for local clients.
• Flexible production processes, allowing storage and use of more than 50 different formulations.
• A broader product range, tailored to specific requirements, including substrates for berries, flowers, and vegetables.

Technology and Production Capabilities

The facility’s digital control system ensures precise production processes and guarantees adherence to high-quality standards. The equipment’s capacity reaches 150 m³ per hour, optimizing costs and ensuring faster delivery. Additional goals include:

• Energy efficiency, with an average consumption of 60 kW.
